What we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, company name, storefront URL, and anything else you submit through a form, a booking, or one of our free tools.

Information collected automatically. Pages visited, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through analytics.

Client account data. For clients, this includes access to Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and related platforms, used solely to deliver the service.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and deliver audits
• To provide and improve our services to clients
• To send updates you have asked to receive
• To measure the performance of our own marketing

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on platforms including Meta and Google, which may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a visit or an enquiry. You can opt out of personalised advertising through each platform's own settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — scheduling, email, analytics, and hosting — and only as needed. We may disclose information where required by law.

Client credentials

Where a client grants us access to Seller Central or advertising accounts, we access them only to perform contracted work, we do not share credentials outside our team, and access is revoked when an engagement ends.

Retention

We keep enquiry data while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained as required for contractual and tax purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@discovermg.com and we will respond.

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
